Forms For Filing a Pro Bono Case

Fee Waivers: If you represent a client in a civil action or a petition to appoint a guardian pursuant to IC 29-3-5, and you accepted the case as a direct pro bono referral from Heartland, your client is entitled to have his or her filing fee waived under IC 33-37-3-2(b). To receive this waiver, the attorney must first file a statement that complies with the requirements of IC 33-37-3-2(b).
